On Apr 29 after reading the "glowing report" on the product called "ETHOS" that will give you a substancial increase in gas mileage and a lot of other interesting facts I placed an order for their GOLD package for 79.95 with "free" UPS shipping. My Order # 128317730 was not/and has not been delivered to this date.
After 3 emails, (1) on May 7, (2) on May 13, (3) on May 20 with NO acknowledgement what so ever and never having received a trk# from UPS I laid out what I am going to do. Call my credit card Co and cancel the order and demand a reversal of the charges and then file a complaint with canada-complaints.com, which is what I am doing now.
Then tonight May 22 at approximately 6pm (az time) I received a very polite email from the President of Ethos Mr. Kacper M. Postawski saying that he is very sorry he hasn't been in touch because his Co has grown 30x since Apr 29 and making excuses in "beefing up cust serv and making sure thousands of customers are taken are of...". So they gave me a ph# 888.215.9929 to call 24/7 so I did and talked to Michelle who was very little help at all. Saying that they will try and reship in 14 days and it would take 10 days to reverse the charges on my credit card. And since I plan to be gone from the Arizona "heat" for the entire summer and return in Oct that plan is NOT acceptable. They also wanted me to "volunteer" to be an administor for their community as a "happy customer" ha ha.
Now I personally know that their are many good companies and products made and shipped from Canada so this experience is not going to deter me from doing business in Canada.. "just with THIS company"
