Eceived a winning certificate and check for clearance fees for winning Irish lotto. Check drawn on First Bank and Trust in Torrence, CA - checked internet - no First Bank and Trust in this town. Drawn on Valet of the Dolls account probably fraudulent account numbers because business is listed on the internet and appears to be legitimate.
