I was so excited to get a $30, 000 loan for 6%. I've been working with Mr. Robert Allen. His cell phone # is 604-339-0162. He's smart enough to check called ID and won't except calls from 610 or 484 area code. I was promised on June 17th that within 15-45 minutes the funds would be in my account.
My mistake... I didn't check out the scam tactics before I started. I first had to send him $1200 for insurance. Then he called on Fri. June 17th and said the creditors said, due to my bad credit they needed an additional $800. It made sense to me at the time. I was buying insurance that would pay the loan should I default. All good words being used.
I've called over 23 times and sent a fax and emails. I am harrassing these people. First of all their address is listed as 40029 Highway 41 #8 Oakhurst, CA. I was lucky enough to get kind Madera Co. Sheriff's deputy who went to the address. The people that are located at that address, say they get so many calls about American Loan Company. It's a total bogus address. I know they are not in the US, they are in Vancouver.
On the first page of their website which is www.americanloans.cc, they list Harry D. Goff as their CEO. Interesting enough, Mr. Goff is the CEO of CitiFinancial. I wonder if he knows they are using his good name. I did send an email to CitiFinancial letting them know this rip off co. is using Mr. Goff's name. Also, they display a BBB symbol on their website. When you click it, it takes you to an insurance agency in Vancouver who also say they get a lot of calls about American Loan Company. They've been trying to get it changed for some time. I called them, because I thought maybe they were the ones "insuring" my loan. They assured me, there is no such thing out there in insurance land.
Here are some other names listed, Kathline Alotuik, Supervisor, Karen Kamilly is the Head Accountant of the Financial Dept. and Elliot Jeffries Chairman and CEO. It's funny that they list two CEO's. Elliot, Kathline and Karen are not on the website. They are on the papers I've received, signed and faxed to them.
I would love to sue these people. I fully plan on pursuing this to every extent that I can. The Oakhurst Sheriff's dept. is aware of it, my local police are aware and they are contacting the Vancuover authorities. I fully plan on contacting the FBI and the FTC. I will not stop until all my funds are returned.
I've made 22 phone calls, 1 fax and 1 email. I know the "604" number is Mr. Allen's cell phone, so I just call it constantly so that I keep his voicemail full. He's going to wish he's never messed with me. I will torture him.
That's my story. I hope there are others out there. We can join forces and put these sob's out of business.
