The floor manager will yell and scream at the workers to lie and sell!!! The owners are Tiffany and Ben. They laugh at the Americans how stupid they are and tell the workers that the americans are so insurance happy that they will buy any insurence or medical benefit
The workers are to make sure the customer feels scared for themselves and there families if they do not buy this useless benifit package
