The same exact situation as so many people on here- they called- caught me saying "uh-huh" and pasted it all over- they even stupidly only used part of the call- they don't have the recording where I say "I'm not sure about this" or "Have we ever gotten this before? " or where they tell me I could send it right back- they dont even have the part that says "Goodbye"!!
But now I'm sitting here with an invoice for $414- what do I do? I absolutely won't pay it- and my boss got frustrated and trashed the CD- who do we file a complaint about? Or should we get the company lawyers involved? Anyone who has gotten through this and can tell me what to do please help!
