On 10/1202 I sent a check #1173 for the amount of $19.00 for a set of hearing aids. The Check was cashed on 10/21/02. They later sent me a form with the original form I had filled out saying I had to pay for the shipping.
I sent another check # 1178 on 10/27/02 for the amount of $3.95 which was cashed on 11/14/02 my Bank informed me. Their ad. said give it 2 to 8 weeks for delivery. Today is January 12th and no hearing aids and no money back.
I have written a complaint with BBB of South Central Ontario and BBB in New York. BBB of Canada asked me to call Fedral Govt. of Industry Canada, Competition Bureau at 1-800-348-5358/819-997-0324 and The Ministry of Consumer and Commercial Relation at 1-800-268-1142/416-326-8600 since J.D. Marvel is based in Canada #561, 186 Sutton Place, Beaconsfield, Quebec H9W 5V2 514-426-3097 and their mail box is in Champlain New York phone# 514-426-8715 fax# 514-426-3458 Dept. 721-109 box 385 Champlain NY 12919.
I have tried several times at different times to contact them both in NY and Canada and the line is constantly busy.
How do I get my money back or my products.?
