On August 28 2002, I received a phone call stating you are approved for a visa/mastercard, now I need to deduct 199.00 from your account for annual fee. Thing is they dont have a web site, they never answer the phone. I feel that if they take your money they should have a 1800 number to assist customers.
I looked company up on rip of reports and found numerous of fraud situations with this company. I am on a fixed income. I cant get throught to them to ask is this true? Or to even cancel. I was working to restore credit and to help me at the same time, but not in the event of being ripped off.
