Apparently some Canada Post employees expect a tip over the Christmas period. When my mother (a senior) was too naive to pick up on the Canada Post lady's innuendos in the conversations when my mother was out walking she (my mother) got a cute little package in her mail box along with her mail Jan. 04/10. It was a piece of styrofoam wrapped in Christmas paper with a bow. Indicating a lump of coal and her displeasure from the Canada Post lady. When the Canada Post mail lady spoke to my Mom previously on her walks she indicated how she liked working the neighborhood at this time of year as she would get a bottle of wine or chocolates. How outrageous. Canada Post gets a good wage. My senior mother does not and would rather donate to the Food Bank. To be this petty and small is unbelievable.
