No answer, I paid the fee. Scam!!

I asked a question {legal} paid my fee which was taken from my bank account.& days now and no answer. I want my my back, simple. This is a scam and should be stopped.

It is also a crime in the U.S.A. and in Canada. These bastards should be caught and punished to the fullest extent of the law
