Took money but give no product key

This company is said to fix problems on your computer i down loaded it and when i clicked fix it said i needed to buy the product key i went on to purches it with my credit card but they said there was a problem with payment. There wasnt they took out $57.90 off my card and ddnt give me a product code. this company sucks and warn all not to buy anything from them
