Unanswered previous complaint

I hereby file complaint against Microsoft because i've asked for help according to a password change that have not been correctly drawned. I changed my password via a wireless connection and id did apparently worked. (capcha and all) But, i never could retreeve my acount again since then. But the thing is that its been almost a year now wothout any news from them. I dont beleive that's its normal. BTW, many poeple should be concerned, the rest to be explained late
