Didn't Deliver Product and Kept Deposit

We ordered a cart in October 2010. Made of deposit of $11, 800.00 As of March 16, 2011 we have yet to get what we ordered, they don't answer their phone. It appears that we have been completely ripped off. Stay away from this company if you don't want to get ripped off.
