In early Apr/08, I opened a complaint with my online payment company against https://www.epdf2008.com for selling defective software (I had to reinstall the Operating System) to me through them. The case was closed after epdf2008 agreed to reimburse me (minus a restocking fee). But despite all the follow-up communications (more than 50 emails) and reimbursement promises and assurances, I was never reimbursed. As it turns out there are other reports of such behavior by this company (see https://www.usaconsumercomplaints.com/reports/0/334/RipOff0334595.htm). I know that I will not see a refund. However, I would like to spare the next unsuspecting shopper from unknowingly supporting such fraudulent enterprises.
