I wish that all these posts were available last September when I was doing my research.
I signed up for a kiosk last September but they were never able to find any suitable locations. Now after 6 months I've complained to the Better Business Bureau and asked for my money back. Alpha Multimedia says they have a no refund policy and make the same statements that I'm running my own business and they've done everything they need to even though they agree I have not taken possession of any kiosks. Toronto Placement Services has agreed to refund the $1500 installation fee and have been much much better to work with.
Alpha Multimedia is very slow to answer calls or emails even after weeks of trying and after repeatedly leaving messages with reception. They have now passed me off to their Accounting department who I'm told only come in after 5:00. The Accounting department has refused to return repeated messages and emails.
I'm still hopeful that we can resolve this without involving lawyers but they don't appear to want to enage in any meaningful conversations.
