Your words ring hollow in the ears of investors as "we" know exactly what happened: FRAUD - pure and simple.
It was carried out with tactics of persuasion, constant lying, deception, malice, intent to harm, and carelessness to the nth degree. And you know it! You knew from the beginning that you were going into bankruptcy but still took investors money. You sold used kiosks as new. You informed investors that you had national ads ready to go, when you clearly didn't. There is also very clear indication of Director Fraud.
No matter what you say now, you have dug "yourself" in hole so deep, you can't get out. Hence you played the bankruptcy card. That was your plan from the beginning. That was the Ace that made the fraud work for both Marcel G. and Mark S. Two people cut from the same cloth; running the circus day in and day out at Alpha Multimedia, and now Extreme Net Kiosks.
Every step you made and every email you sent was calculated without a shred of consciousness; frustrating to the 100's if not 1000's of hard earning investors that you have purposefully defrauded. You should be ashamed that you even wrote to try and validate your intentional misgivings.
It is also a shame that you are employed at Extreme Net Kiosks now, ( Brian D'Eall), and think nothing of the investors that have lost their homes, lives and marriages. And yet, you still seem to only focus on continuing to defraud more investors by hosting seminars full of the same lies, (if not more), in Montreal and elsewhere.
You people at Alpha Multimedia and Extreme Net Kiosks make me sick!
