Never recieved product, only reached a representative once, pretended to decline card Internet

Ordered DVD set for Christmas on December 10, 2007. They claimed to decline the card but the order went through at the bank. They sent "order shipped" confirmation after complaint on Dec 27th. The tracking number they gave for Canada Post does not work. They have not replied. Nothing has arrived as of 1-3-2007. $95
