I found this company on the Internet while searching for a DVD series for my husband for Christmas. I did get the product and it seemed to be on the up and up but after my husband started watching the DVDs he noticed flaws... like missing scenes and frozen spots. I contacted this company and thus began my email nightmare. It has been a different individual (at least 7 so far) with first name only, each time they would finally respond. The English was not good and I was always told they were looking into it. It has been since January that I have been trying to get satisfaction and have now found out that their original web site was closed due to domain confusion. I fear I will never get satisfaction on this but at least have the satisfaction of filing this report. Who knows, maybe this will finally get some results. Next time I will do a little more research on any online company I order from. Always remember: "Buyer Beware!!! "
