Internet Secure is one of the worst internet processors out there! Their fees are high and they inforce (without disclosing) rolling reseve funds and holdbacks for a minimum of 6 months. In addition, their staff members seem to be very uneducated and posse little or no education above their regular routine job. Our company was a victim of fraud and we received ABSOLUTELY no assistance from InternetSecure. In fact they blamed us for the incident due to our target market (Customers outside of North America), immediately cancelled our account and held our funds without any physical proof or a successful investigation. We had to seek legal assistance to completely understand what was going on and assist us in trying to resolving the issue, which has yet to be resolved. Speaking to the risk management department at Internetsecure was of no use at all! She was obviously uneducated, unprofessional and seemed to find comfort in overreacting rather than being rational and objective about the issue. I would NOT recommend this company. They do not value customer service and seem to have little or no knowledge about the ecommerce industry, the risk associated with it and critical preventative measures to spot or stop any instances of fraud. An abosulte dissapointment and a waste of time and MONEY. We incurred a great deal of loss due to this company.
