To whom it may concern,
I am writing in regards to e-mail harrasment by the noted company, if you are able to help at all with this matter or let me know of the right channels to take to put this to an end then I would greatly appreciate any input. About a year ago I e-mailed this company and asked to be remove from their residental mailing list and that if we were planning any further travel we would contact them at such time.. instead of removing us from the list they now send me e-mails as many times as 3 times per week about travel specials they have on offer... I have spoken to 4 of the 7 staff members that are in the office and personally asked to be removed from all lists and still they send me special announments... please contact me if you have any hints of how to end this harrassment or any channels to lay a business complaint to see if that encourages them to simply do as I am asking.
