I have dealt with this company for several years, and up until my last order was perfectly satisfied with their service. The quality of the various products was pretty variable, though - not very consistent, and the packaging wasn't always appropriate to the product (for instance, putting essential oils into plastic bottles).

But now... well. I've been ripped off, same as the rest of you, and the one time I was able to reach Mary on the phone got the same story about liver cancer. Thing is, last year it was brain cancer. So I don't know. What I do know is I've lost my money and had to find new suppliers for three products which are very hard to find.

To say I'm not happy would be an understatement, but mostly I'm just sad that she's let herself and her company go down the tubes like this.
