Ripoff over charging

This a copy of a letter I sent to Better bureau, Market place & Canadian government:

In regards to my complaint with Contact Complete "NEW"
As you will see with the scanned copies of the original Contact Complete & the New Contact Complete, both medications cover the same medical problem, note same wording Relieves Fever, Head & Body Aches, Sinus & Nasal congestion, Cough, Runny Nose, Sneezing.
Both are the same price $4.77 from Wal-marts, & both have 10 Caplets, I spoke with the Pharmacist, he did not know over the difference between the two products.

With the original Contact, there are 10 separate Caplets, & the new Contact there are 10 caplets in five bubble blisters.

To obtain the same amount of medication you have to take two NEW caplets compared to taking one caplet of the original.

Which means the cost has doubled, I have a feeling the will discontinue the original Contact, & you will only be able to buy the NEW Contact.

After I had contacted the govenment etc on 04/25/05
I noticed in the past two days that the Contact Complete that they had withdrawn is now back in the stores at the old price, perhaps the government had been in touch with the company, when the lady from GlaxoSmithKline contacted me by phone she told me all the old contact products were being replaced with the new ones at the new inflated price.

Now they have taken the old product off the market & you can only purchase the NEW Contact complete.

I have all the proof on record.
