Premier fitness Bunting Road Niel the owner, chirs the manager and Rebeca an old trainner whom no longer works there asked for more money sighed me up for personal training saying it was included, also sighed up my best friend saying he could just try it out for 3 days, Rebeca a trainner and shes also one of the employees who works on sighing people up, whom was very pushy when i brang my friends in to join, truthfully we just wanted to go swimming so we got the 3 day pass but before we sighed up well technically, we didn't just had a 3 day pass apparently we had to sign an insurance policy in case we got hurt not knowing anything about legal stuff at the time my friends just sighed up, mind u also two 15 yr olds at the time sighed up and my buddy whos 18 at the time did to, so before we sighed the apparent insurance policy, we asked the employee if she smoked weed, she answered yes i do.
so i said lets go smoke a few joints out back so we did, came back in sighed it then went swimming, after that we left, they all called the next day saying were not interested the said OK we will take care of it no problem thanks for trying it out... we thought that was it nope, 10 days later you owe us 1000 dollars to all 3 of them so there parents said there 15 we will sue you so nothing happened but my friend is 18 so he got screwed but it turned out they had the entire contract messed up wrong address wrong last name wrong sex, I don't think they knew what they were doing considering Rebeca myself the and my buddy were under the influence at the time. and i do believe that's not a proper contract if the person is unaware of whats going on, they finally backed off but a few months later witch is now . he got a call saying he owes 500 dollars, basically i think that's a lil less then a one year contract would be.. i think they are just looking for a quick buck cause even with me they still from now and now ask for money and i paid upfront
