I received a phone call from a company named TRIM LIFE INC. and saying I am one of the 100 "lucky" person to receive free samples like vitamins and dietary supplements and I just need to pay the shipping. I told them that I am not a pill drinker so I do not really need their sample. But the telemarketer then told me that there is a free cosmetics and other stuffs to try on WITHOUT ANY OBLIGATION! And because of their persistency, I just said yes anyway just to stop the talking and gave them my credit card information for the shipping.
Then just now, Nov. 29, I just noticed in my credit card that I have a bill from them worth $60 . I called the credit card company to ask them if they can do anything with it to and the credit card company said that they cant because I have an agreement with them.
So I have no choice but to call them. Unfortunately the number that they gave me, the first time they called me is not working. YES, I just tried them many times and I can only hear some "grrr" sounds. The number that they gave me is 1-866-3922179.
Fortunately for me, the credit card company gave me a number, 1-888-829-2430. It was busy at first but then I got connected to the customer service representative and told me that they called me on November 12 at 9:53AM to confirm the orders.
Honestly, I have not received any call from them after that offer. And how can I confirm to order with them more products since I only received their free sample on the week of November 26. I still have not tried their products. And by the way their free samples are only pills and does not include any cosmetics or other stuffs wherein they stated on their first call to me that includes other stuffs asdie from the pills. How could I order more products if I have not tried it yet.
I was just wondering, how could they said that I confirmed the orders on November 12 since I have not talked to them. If they have a monitored conversation, I wanna here it.
I am just writing this to inform the public about this company. This is their one way of tricking people to sell their products. THIS IS REALLY A RIP OFF!
