This company sold me a Home Spa unit product that emits ozone. Health Canada has responded to my inquiries regarding this product and they agree that this product should not be sold in Canada - therefore likely counterfeit certificates were obtained for this unit.
My first reason for returning the product was because it didn't fit properly in the bathtub. After leaving messages on their answering device for a week, they responded to me and said they won't provide a refund. I persisted that I wanted my refund; rather they continuously tried to talk me into keeping the machine, that ozone is good for me.
They told me their headoffice in Taiwan and Hong Kong don't allow refunds. After spending a few days trying to find their headoffice's contact information, their headoffice representative said that they do offer refunds but within a 14 day period.By this time, the 14 day period was nearly over. They require me to ship the product to Taiwan, from Canada - rediculous.
The Home Spa Unit was worth $2100. After researching this company, I discovered that the product is actually worth about $200 after all their salespeople get their share of profits. It is not worth the money, especially for a machine that is harmful for general use.
