The Australian government are looking into these scammers more reports more the better. They contacted me in a few days and are on the move.
Also for credit card holders who's banks wont credit the money back I was told by the ACCC to send a complaint to Visa international fraud department.

send evidence such as emails or letters received from the banks and cut and copy any relevant complaints from this board to send in. make sure you make it clear and use the words that you REQUEST A "CHARGE BACK". Apparently it makes a difference?
****Just think media i will be getting a charge back and it will cost you!!! unless you refund all monies taken from my account...
