Need a refund

Hello i purchased some kind of progeram on my credit card and i want the charge tooken off. the program did nothing but mess up my computer. i have bben trying to get this worked out but no one will reverse that charge. are you able? i have contacted the legal way and they said to see if you will put that amount back on the card and if not to contact them to take further action. please let me know i work in camp and not around many phones so this is my only contact with you people. thank you
