It was a Saturday afternoon; a group of three decided to have a leisurely lunch... fine, we asked for drink refills twice, we asked for parmesan on the past, and never got that... it seemed like the terrace was more important than the dining room. Perhaps on a Saturday it would be wiser to have more staff who are engaged in what they are doing. It took a long time to be served, the lunch special came in 3 different servings.??? The salad was served last instead of alongside of the 1/2 sandwich??? Service was slow, items were forgotten and the waitress seemed to be overwhelmed?? Where was the manager??
