Purchased a $700.00 12000 btu air conditioner that malfunctioned after not even 30 days of use. Contacted company to find out I have no service in my area for repair. In order to return this product I am required a Return authorization number. Whirlpool says I have to wait 7-14 days for this to happen..
whirlpool your service is crap and I will never purchase another one of your models and I will be sure to tell everyone I know not to purchase another one of your China made pieces of scrap!!!
