BEST BUY in VANCOUVER Sold us defective computer and gave us bad customer service as well

WE got ripped off at the best buy store in Vancouver, BC, Canada.

We bought an HP laptop paying 1200 tax cash. during the year in which we owned it we had to return the laptop for repair about 5 times and each time we brought it in had to wait about 2 weeks to get it back. After the third time with the same problem we had enough of it and wanted them to replace this defective laptop that they sold us but they said after the 5th time we would get a replacement and guess what? they didn't! and now we have the same problem once again and the warranty is over so they wash their hands telling us it's not their fault.
