My order of H2O Mop, steam cleaner, purchased in Canada from Thane.ca, arrived promptly. The operating manual, screws, spare washers were missing. I requested already 3 times thru email to forward the missing parts, however, I had no response. The Customer Dept phone is perhaps non existent since it is busy ring regardless when you call. Further, the handling and postage is 1/2 the price of the machine, in Canada H & S $50, which is not acceptable. To my friends I will recommend to purchase similar or better Bisset machine from Linen and Things for $99, no postage and handling cost!!!
