Mail Order Fraud

I ordered a Clear Vue antenna from JD Marvel. They cashed my cheque for 38.00 in mid-September. Now it's December 6, still nothing in the mail. I can't get through to customer service (endless busy signal or answering machine, and have received no response to numerous e-mails I've sent to them. What can I do? Someone should put these people out of business!
