Ripoff Deceptive fraudulent company ripoff Business victimized many consumers

I HAVE BEEN WAITING ON A REFUND FROM THIS SUPPOSED COMPANY SINCE JULY 1, 2002. since then I have spoken to several reps that state they are submitting claim forms.

At one point I spoke to a Nadia who claimed to be the floor supervisor and says she was not aware of the situation but that she was going to speak to the billing dept. to see what was going on with the refund, I never spoke to her again as she was never available.

THE last time I called I was told the check was mailed on oct. 18, 2002 and it should reach me within 7 - 10 business days, here we are nov. 8, 2002 and still nothing.
