All Buyers should avoid Frank-Eshop. He ripped me off for a cell phone in June, disappeared for a couple of months, but is now back selling. Due to the expiration of 45 days before I contacted EBay, I was unable to get any satisfaction from them or PayPal. The phone arrived in poor condition, but he continued to assure me that if I returned it a refund would be issued. He kept up a positive dialogue until the 45 days were the up and then refused to answer any email. I recently bid on his new items, making sure they wouldn't sell, but now I'm blocked from bidding. I've filed a report with the RCMP, but this case is so small that I doubt it will ever be investigated. Buyer Beware!!
