Mable Solutions, Mable Wheel Of Fortune

I recieved a letter stating that I'd won Mable Solutions Sweepstake. Since I've entered several contests and sweepstakes over the past 6 mos, I had no reason to doubt that maybe I was a winner. I was skeptical, yet I couldnt figure out their angle even though it was a scam. My contact was a guy named Randy Phillips. I thnk these people should be found and somehow brought to justice.
