Multi-fit theft and ripoff

Hi there,
through the web site, i ordered an adult training wheels 08/01/07,

i sent the payment by fedex as a cheque for 70.20$
the cheque was cashe by brian wieland. and i was to get my order with in 5 days. until now 08/29/07, no order, i had communicated by phone and by email with brian, he was tellimg each time a story, and after three weeks, he told me, it was a mess up with my order and he will send me a refund,

i never got a refund from him, and basicly he stole 70.20$ from me and he rip me off. imagine doing this for everyone is ordering, he is steeling alots of money.
i would want to have my money back and stop this guy from what his doing this not loyal.

please help me get my money back. i feel ripped off. and i am looking for justice.
