TRIED TO RIPOFF PHONY BRITISH LOTTO

I received a letter claiming I had won $107, 000.00 from a British Lotto computer drawing. A letter with no return address came with a check drawn on a Florida bank was enclosed for $1996.00. I was told to deposit the check and send them one for $1848.00 to receive the money. The check is from Intervest Construction. They all say something different, companies and banks. It looks good but it's worthless! I searched the internet immediately and found other reports on canada-complaints.com. It's a scam and a form of terrorism. Hopefully no one will be hurt where it hurts most, financially.
