I ordered a costume for my 5 year old son on September 30, 2005. It is now October 18, 2005 and I have not received the costume. I have called their two telephone numbers listed, on one phone. I get a cell phone recording indicating that the voice mail box is full and on the other call it states that "due to an overwhelming number of phone calls, please go to our website and e-mail us with your questions." I have e-mailed them several times with no response. The money was immediately taken out of my account, but I received nothing in return.
