They took my money!
On June l3, 2003 I sent away for a Moisturizing Massager and Marvel's Slim Trimmer, and never received them.
They were for a Birthday gift so this put me in the position of having to take time out of my busy schedual and having to shop around for a gift.
Now to be fair, I had ordered from Marvel before and even though they were slow getting my order to me, I did receive it.
And with the power failer that we had in Ontario they could be behind. However the company could put out an email to their customers letting them know what has happened or put a notice on their web site, instead of having people feel ripped off.
I hope for the company's sake that this problem is rectified soon.
