When I sign up in Nov. 2005 I was told that I was going to save money and my bills will be less not true it was higher my agreement run out on Feb. 03, 2011. I will not sign up again they have lie to me every time that I ask them about this.
My neighbor next door to me is in a bigger house by 200 sq.ft. then my pays a less bill About $50.00 to $60.00>there is 2 people living in that house same as me.
On my other side of me the neighbor is not with Alberta energy saving is paying less then me same size and 2 people.
I have to pay an extra $500.00 to $600.00 to bring my account up for the year.
What is happening with this I do not know?
So please check with your neighbors.
I think I have to pay more for my neighbor lower bill.
I have call them and they double talk me and lie to me
