The management of this condominium is a total fraud. They charge us fake fines with invoices that dont even have invoice number on it (proof present) They take our money and don't fix anything in the basement for example there are several fire hazards . starting with electrical . there are wires overhead sticking out of highvoltage can cause deadly situation for resident. There had be complaints of a resident who dumps his truck oil in to the water waste line that is total disaster to what we drink . also in the car wash bay, there is a light fixture that has been poorly repaired with white tape . can be deadly if water was to get in the tapped light fixture. There is a big metal piping in the middle of fire exit gate stairs some one can be badly injured because it may not be seen if emergency occurred. management does not do anything about this . please I want someone to come and take a look at the nuisance that is going on at Mississauga Terrance condos. This is a serious matter! someone's life might be lost due to this! I have pictures please ask me for pictures i cannot upload them
