WARNING!!! Mrtankless.ca are very bad businees people. They take your money and run.
1. Inacurate estimates leads to an upsell situation.
2.By this point they had a $300 payment for an energy audit which they refused to return when we wanted to cancel the whole arrangement.
3. Very unprofessional installers who steal from your home while they work in it. 3 hour jobs turn into 7 hour "ordeals". Poor routing or vent tubing, blocking cold cellar door!!! We had to get someone else in to repair this.
4. The don't tell the whole truth about how the tankless system operates - search "cold water sandwhich" and "tankless circulation pumps" - you'll want to get one of these!
It's funny they always take your calls prior to installation and when they leave - POOOF - they're gone. They also lie about how the system works to get you to buy the base model saying it's comparable to a hot water tank system, this may be true for the higher end units but not with the base units.
