Ordered a custom-painted door. Finished door was ready soon because another company handled it, so what could be the problem? Since then we've had 3 cancellations -- 1st time they scheduled a salesman to visit when it should have been an installer (!), 2nd time was a same-day cancellation because their installer felt unwell (no apology, of course), 3rd time they showed up unannounced while we were visiting family and then left 3 rude calls wondering where we were! When I phoned today (I was told to last week), I was informed there were "no guarantees" that it would be installed this week or next. The "whenever" and dismissive attitude is the worst part. Gave receptionist my name and then she proceeded to explain that it was because I lived downtown and they had to wait for a few jobs to accumulate... 'til I informed her that I don't live where she thought I did (and she books the appointments!). No apologies, no explanations, no information. All we've gotten from this company is stress!
