I paid for my wool sweater to be drycleaned, when i picked it up and brought it home, i discovered it had been washed instead and under the arm was a large tear and had been pulled apart, there were also several strings hanging off the sweater. I brought it back and they denied washing it even though it smelled like laundry detergent. They said they would fix it and i could pick it up in a few days. I called a few extra days later because i could not get there on time and they said it was not finished! When i finally went to pick it up that same day they told me they quickly tried to fix it by sewing it with white thread that did not match and cannot be sewed. It was a wool sweater and was ruined. It looked awful and the arm was now shorter. They told me they would steam it and stretch it out. I was very unhappy and asked for the replacement cost. They denied me and said they would not do anything. I will never go back, and I suggest that anyone who reads this to do the same. They wash everything, and while i was there another woman was complaining about the same thing.
