To whom it may concern, I was at Canadian tire on Friday April 8, about 11 a.m. on my break from work to pick up a alternator for my car, installed it in my car on Saturday morning come to find out the alternator did not work, so took the altenator back out of my car, returning to Canadian tire Saturday afternoon around 2pm, went to customer service to exchange it to get another one, sent to parts to get altenator tested unable to do so because didn't have a electrical plug to connect to the tester, at that point I was asked if I had switched altenators in the box, more or least being accused of bringing back a altenator that didn't belong in the box, not a happy person at that time, finally convinced the personal that i did not do such a thing, meanwhile my car is still sitting in my garage waiting a altenator, thanks to Canadian Tire none in stock plus unable to get it tested if so, thought I should at least let someone know, Thanks
