Delivery failure, no refund

I bought two counter chairs from Yaletown Sofa Granville in Vancouver in May, 2008.I have not received to date (04/10/2008) my order. Since beginnig of september, nobody answers the phone and nobody returns my tel. or e-mail messages. I would like my money back.
