They have not refunded the money back to my son even though he took out the Platium Coverage plan

They told my son they could sell his 07 Mustang or he would get the money refunded. He paid 299.99 for a profiling fee and another 59.95 for the Platium Coverage plan which they say you should take out in order to get a refund if the car was not sold. The car was not sold and on the 26th of December of 08 he filed for a refund. No money has been paid back and the company does not return phone calls. You actually never even talk to a person you just get a voicemail.
