This company and I negotiated a price on the phone, taxes included. Firstly, they tried to overcharge me. I caught them and emailed them informing them of this. They admitted they had done it and corrected the charges. After the night we took the limousine, they incurred 200 extra dollars. When asked for an email, or letter or any sort of written documentation of what the charges were for, they refused. I called them and somebody else from my party called them as well, we were both hung up on.
We are still trying to get our money back from them. It was a total rip off- they completely scammed us.
