A after market warranty was offered for 3 mos. at $350.00 to pay out to a maximum of $1000. Sales agreement to replace Driver sid floor mat was denied once I drove the car off the lot. The Dealer sent an sompany to remove mag rim scatches. When the service vehicle finished fixing fixing the rims: all my tires were left inflated in excess of 65 PSI in each tire. shortly after that I took the car out on the Hwy; at 110 kms.hr I discovered a high speed vibration.
I called VW, talked to a Manager, and the tire man in the service dept. I found out that it was this dealers tire shop that has mismatched the tires on this car (noted in the mfg. manual "do not mix and match tires") Also nobody has returened my call about the issue of the over inflated tires that may be a hazzard to me and my family.
This car was represented and puffing statements were made to me as to the well estabilshed family business and how reputable Westminster Volkswagon Ltd. is. Buyer beware Westminster Volkswagon lied to me to induce me to buy this car by misreprenstation.
