A long story short..
I put a deposit on a car (500.00) based on financed being approved for the purchase. About a week later returned to make a deal. I tried to bater with them a little because of not getting exactly the amount they were looking for($1500.00) shy of what they wanted. Told them simply that is what I had to spend on the car, if you cannot do this price I cannot go any higher sorry but I will not be buying the car.
I realized buy signing and agreement I may loose the deposit, I did asked for it back thinking they might be honorable and possibly sell me on another less expensive vehicle. Turns out no on the deposit return (I figured) my bad.
But then the actually tell me I am obligated to purchase the car, they will take me to court if don't buy it. Would not even give me a copy of the original agreement as well.
Not sure what else to say at the moment it happened today, I will be pursuing this of course.
