I am a renter of the CanDig mini excavator... My experience with the CanDig company has been a nightmare from start to finish. After shopping around, I found CanDig's prices the most reasonable and the selection of backhoes and accessories allowed me to choose a model that fit my needs. That impressed me at first - So I went renting a CanDig mini excavator, The quality of service and support was terrible.
Candig Rep's couldn't answer any of my questions and was never prompt in dealing with my concerns.
They didn't monitor my shipment from start to finish as they state they do, and insisted that I pay to replace a missing pin on my order which ended in a heated argument.
The only thing that I was surprised to find, Was a little touch up paint was included with my order, However, considering that the new Candig Excavator was suppose to be New but had a lot of scratches, I can see why they sent it.
If I had known that the Candig company was like this, I would have just dug by hand. I have added a testimonial on the candig website, hoping that others will come to me - so that I can tell them the "real" story about the Candig Excavator.
